Flexible Magnets

ISOTROPIC (STANDARD ENERGY) MAGNETIC STRIPS

We supply Standard and High Energy flexible magnet strips from 0.25” to 4” wide,  0.020” to 0.375” in thickness. Magnetized in four different patterns; Multiple Poles on one side (MP), Multiple Poles on both sides (MPP), Two Poles on each side (B/P) and Through thickness (T/T). Neodymium Magnet Assembly

NEODYMIUM CUP MAGNETS

Neodymium (NdFeB) magnets are embedded in a steel cups – plastic injected, Ni plated. The steel pot increases the pull force of the magnet on direct contact with a thick iron surface. Stainless steel cups with stainless steel magnet cover are also available. Rare Earth Flexible Magnets

NEODYMIUM STRIP MAGNETS

We can supply NdFeB  and SmFeN rare earth flexible strip magnets which are the strongest flexible magnets  currently available on the market.
Isotropic flexible neodymium magnets (BH) Max – 66kJ/m3 (8.25 MGOe).
Anisotropic flexible neodymium magnets (BH) Max – 112 kJ/m3 (14 MGOe).
Working temperature from -40 C to 120 C

Hopper Grate Magnets

Magnetic Hopper Grates – 304 / 316 Stainless Steel design with or without Angular Baffle, 1″ diameter round tubes and aluminum or stainless steel end cups. With Grade 8 Ceramic or Rear Earth Magnets. Magnetic Hopper Grates are custom made in several sizes and configurations. We offer three different spacing between magnetic tubes, 0.5″, 0.7″ and 1″.
