The buyer must agree to the following terms before placing order and purchasing magnets. The buyer confirms that he/she has read and understood the following safety warning information and has acknowledged the potential safety hazard that magnets pose to the consumer or end user. The buyer agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all damages and /or injuries resulting from the usage or handling of magnets, which include damages to magnets, property damages, and personal injuries.
Warnings and Cautions
All magnets are to be handled with great care to avoid damages to magnets and personal injuries. Small magnets pose a choking hazard and should never be ingested or inserted into any body part. Keep out of reach of children. Small children should not be allowed to handle any magnets of any size. Older children should only be allowed to handle magnets under adult supervision.
Never allow magnets near persons with pacemakers, defibrillators, or other similar medical devices. Magnets have strong magnetic fields which may affect and/or disrupt the functioning of these medical devices.
The strong magnetic fields of the magnets can also damage electronics (cellphones, pagers, computer monitors, television screens, and other) and magnetic media (credit cards, magnetic ID cards, computer hard drives, video tapes, cassette tapes, floppy disks, and other). It is strongly advised to keep magnets away from all electronic devices and magnetic media.
Neodymium magnets are brittle and are to be handled with care. They can crack, chip, or shatter if allowed to slam against each other. Eye protection glasses should be worn when handling magnets, due to launching of small magnetic pieces at high speeds if shattering occurs.
Strong magnets can pose a serious pinch hazard resulting from their attractive force on each other and to all ferrous materials. Ferrous materials should be kept far away from magnets. Large magnets are strong enough to severely pinch fingers and other body parts, as well as, break bones. Their large magnetic force can cause magnets to jump out of your hand grip and snap together with great force. Always use a strong grip and handle with great care.
Magnets are not to be cut, drilled, sawed, or machined in any way unless done so by an experienced professional. Dust from cutting, drilling, sawing, or machining magnets is very flammable and creates toxic fumes which are very dangerous when inhaled.
§ CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders are final unless the product does not meet the stated requirements on the original order.
§ RETURNS (on non-custom orders)
If any of magnetic assembly or magnetic material products are proved to be defective, Zigmyster Magnets will replace without charge within 15 days of receiving. Product must be in unused condition. Zigmyster Magnets reserves the right to inspect any of magnetic assembly or magnetic material products to be defective prior to replacement. Shipping fees are not refundable. We do not accept returns if returned magnets/magnetic products are not in the original condition.
§ PURCHASE ORDERS
All requests and requirements pertaining to any order must be submitted before the order is accepted by us. No additional information will be provided after original PO was accepted.
§ SHIPMENT AND RISK OF LOSS
All orders are shipped out from Toronto, Canada on the next business day after cleared payment is received.
Shipping within Canada
All packages shipped by Canada Post are insured and tracking # is provided. Shipping via UPS / Purolator / FedEx / Loomis / DHL are also available.
Shipping to USA
All packages shipped by Canada Post as Tracked Package, Expedited or Xpresspost are insured and tracking # is provided. Shipping via UPS / Purolator / FedEx / Loomis / DHL are also available.
All packages shipped by Canada Post as Small Packet USA Air are NOT insured and tracking # is NOT included in this shipping option. We can provide proof of shipping only. Please note that if you choose this option we do not assume any responsibility in case the package is damaged, delayed, or lost.

Shipping Safety
Magnets are packed very carefully to ensure that any magnetic fields are well contained within the packages. Steel box liners are used to close out the external magnetic fields. This is done to make sure that each package is safe and complies with all postal regulations.
